About Guardian OnSite?

Guardian OnSite is located in the coal region of Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.  We are a privately owned small business entity with federal HUBzone Empowerment Contracting certification through our parent company, Affiliated Interventional Services. Affiliated Interventional Services provides professional health care services to hospitals, physician practices, federal, state and private institutions.  Our established medical practice offers a wide breadth of minimally-invasive, image-guided endovascular & interventional treatments,  professional diagnostic imaging interpretation and reporting.  We have been providing minimally-invasive image-guided services to federal and state facilities and private institutions since 2002.

In 2006, Guardian OnSite partnered with Correctional Diagnostic Imaging, Inc., headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to provide mobile, on-site image-guided biopsy services  in the state of Pennsylvania.  Participating institutions have virtually eliminated the need to transport patients to an imaging center or hospital, as well as the cost of staffing associated with transport.  Our services reduce security risks and maintain security standards and are much more timely and efficient than the former out-of-facility service delivery model.  Correctional Diagnostic Imaging, Inc., has performed turnkey on-site radiology operations for state and county correctional facilities as well as numerous federal correctional institutions for over 16 years. Based on overwhelming demand for on-site ultrasound-guided liver biopsy in the correctional population, our team is expanding and offering this service nationally.

Complete turnkey operations include physician operator staffing,  all equipment and supplies and professional interpretation to meet or exceed all ACA, NCCHC, federal, state and local regulations.  Our focus is on technique optimization to avoid complications.

We are committed to providing superior quality diagnostic and therapeutic healthcare services to our customers in full compliance with all federal, state and local laws, especially those designed to prevent fraud and abuse.
